Google SketchUp
Google have released a free version of SketchUp, which seems like it is quite good for planning buildings etc. for building with Hirst Arts bricks.
You can find some examples of HA models built in SketchUp here.
You can download the free version of SketchUp from http://sketchup.google.com/.
